Do you really love yourself

Do you really love and value yourself?

People that truly love themselves and know their value enter into relationships with people who love and value them.

So how do you know if the relationship you're in is healthy?

Studies show that we enter into relationships at our own level of healthiness, but can we trust our own observations of the relationship we are in?

There is a simple question you can ask yourself to answer this question.

Would I want my brother, sister and or best friend in this kind of relationship? If the answer is no you might want to consider why the relationship is good enough for you but not for someone you love.

When we don't value and love ourselves we tend to enter into relationships with people who also don't love and value us. The reason asking this question works is because if you said no or yes to someone you do love being in this kind of relationship your perspective is clear because you actually do love your brother, sister and or best friend.
